Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I’m fundraising for Tash because she is a friend, mentor and incredible athlete that helped me with my training as a partner but also as a coach.

Tash was taken far too soon and what Dave has done to create a legacy for her is something I am keen to support. The foundation supports athletes in their sporting endeavours with kit and training - any runner will tell you £140 for a pair of trainers only takes you a few months to chip through - being athletic isn’t cheap and can most certainly be a barrier to entry for some. Being able to help reduce those barriers to sport is a phenomenal opportunity!

I ran my best 10mile time when coached by Tash and the Paris marathon is the only event I’ve entered historically that I’ve not completed. That’s the first bit of importance. The second rather coincidental is that the event takes place on the third anniversary of Tash passing.

Please support the NLF in anyway you can - it’ll keep my training accountable!
