Story
For those who don't know, I will be running the London Marathon in April 2025, in memory of my mum who passed away after a long and hard battle with cancer back in 2017.
I will be raising money for St Raphael's hospice who did the most incredible job in helping my mum, my family and myself, during and after the most difficult time in our lives. I am so excited to represent St Raphael’s Hospice in this big challenge.
please donate if you can, it’s all for a good cause and any donations and messages are so motivating! I appreciate all the support!
as a gymnast, I have always been more of a sprinter, so a marathon will be a big mental and physical challenge for me as it is anyone! This event has already tested me so much as I had to defer my London Marathon 2024.
I suffered an injury in my foot called peroneal tendonopothy which stopped me running for 4 weeks leaving me with 6 weeks post recovery to get back up to scratch again, I was adamant I would get through this and I was preparing for the big day. However, with less than 4 weeks left unfortunately i faced a life changing accident where I was hit by a car. Therefore I had no option but to defer the event to 2025.
