A team of 15 Halifax Colleagues will all be walking 62 Miles in March to raise funds for Refuge. On any given day, Refuge supports thousands women and their children escaping a life of Abuse of many descriptions.

Sometimes the getting away from the abuser is the hardest thing and with the help, support and knowledge of Refuge it can be made so much easier.

Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors, and what is hidden behind a smile. Never assume that it could not happen to someone you know and Love.

Just £15 could provide essentials for a woman arriving at a refuge.

Many arrive with little more than the clothes they are wearing. Your donation could provide essentials like toiletries and food to help a woman through her first night.
