Our 24 hour stoma helpline, befriending service, and Private Facebook Group are just three of the ways people can access practical and emotional Stoma support whenever they need it.

We need YOUR support to make sure we can continue to be there for anyone needs it, so from October 14th  (the start of the 42nd week of the year!), we're asking you to Do 42! and take on a challenge based on the number 42.

So every day that week I will hoola hoop at least 420 revolutions of the hoop! Just to show you can do anything you want to try with a stoma.
