Twice a week for the last 2 and a bit years I have been going to Neuro Kinex Gatwick. It is a neuro rehab that has specialist trainers and physios. I can now walk (very slowly) for 50 mins and somehow believe that I can complete a triathlon. It is all down to the amazing team at Neuro Kinex. Their energy and positivity are infectious and I want to help them raise money for their Step Up Scheme- this is the scheme that gives newly-injured adults and children (with spinal cord injuries) six free hours of rehab with Neurokinex to start off their community rehab.
