An individual's mental heath is so important and so many issues can affect someone's mental health: grief, trauma, stress, phobias, self-harm, panic attacks, anxiety; the list is endless.

Mental health is such an important thing to protect. We may not know how people are coping unless they share it.

Both professionally and personally, this is why the charity I wish to support for my first Chester triple is: Mind.
