On Sunday 27th April 2025 #TeamHospiceUK are running the London Marathon and raising money for hospice care. Hospice UK fights for hospice care for all who need it, for now and forever.

Story

This coming academic year I am lucky enough to be running both the Chester Marathon on 6th October 2024 and the London Marathon on 27th April 2025!

First and foremost, I will be running these marathons in memory of little baby Leo Kilcoyne, who sadly passed away from an undiagnosed disease this year at just four months old. #neverdiagnosed #fightforanswers .

The charity I will raise money for is Hospice UK. This charity supports individuals and their loved ones to focus on living with as best a quality of life as possible as someone approaches the end of their life, ease the pain of dying and provide high quality care.

Charlton Farm Hospice in the South West supported baby Leo and his family as he approached the end of his life. Throughout my fundraising I hope to spread the word of the good work of hospices, such as Charlton Farm, and help to educate people on how hospices work and why they are in need of your generosity and compassion.

Your support can make a difference. I hope you enjoy watching this running journey and consider donating to my page and join me in promoting and protecting hospice care for all.
