Story
We're back for a third year with another April challenge!!!
This year we're setting out to achieve a distance of Eleven Hundred miles over 5 days. We'll be walking, running, cycling, rowing, surfing, skating, skipping, hopping, swimming, paddling - and anything in between!
Last year, we set off on a similar mission and it wasn’t easy. The team faced dramatic weather conditions, unexpected injuries, and sleepless nights - but that won’t stop us this year!
We're back with a punch, and will be taking on this mission from 9am April 24th to Friday 28th April to raise £5,000 for Children With Cancer UK.
This incredible charity are one of the leading supporters in the UK, and never fail to push their fundraising efforts to the maximum to help grow life-saving research. For 35 years, Children with Cancer UK has funded much needed research into the causes of childhood cancers, and the development of better, kinder treatments. Their work has contributed significantly to a marked increase in childhood cancer survival rates and improved quality of life for patients. Since 1988, we have increased awareness and understanding of childhood cancers within the scientific community and among the general public. They inspire and support children and their families each day through some of the toughest times imaginable, and we would feel honoured to be able to show them our appreciation for everything they do.
