The Wales Air Ambulance is LHP's chosen fundraiser for 2023 and is a charity that is very close to my heart. My father was once airlifted to hospital after a serious accident on the farm.

I have run Cardiff Half Marathon numerous times but training has not gone to plan this year due to an achilles injury since April!

Any donations however small would be greatly received.
