I am supporting my dear friends Molly and Natalie to fund raise for CoppaFeel! I am going to be running the Chester half marathon with the target time of:

**1 hour 45mins over 21.1km **/4mins 59sec kilometres

I have never achieved such a time/feat and every penny fundraised will really drive me on!

The 1 hour 45min is a drop in the ocean compared to what Molly and Nat are doing in the Himalayas and other fund raising walks up Snowdon.

This November, Natalie and Molly will set out on an extraordinary and challenging five day trek in the Indian Himalayas, in a bid to raise funds towards CoppaFeel's life-saving mission.

120 people including people who have been touched by cancer will be trekking through remote areas for up to 10 hours per day, climbing rugged mountain paths with steep inclines, to altitudes of up to 3,000m. During the trek they will be camping in sub zero conditions, with very basic facilities.

Raising money for CoppaFeel! is something that is personally very important to us, Natalie was diagnosed with triple negative stage 4 breast cancer in October 2022 aged 35 with 2 young children like myself.

She has been through so much and had such vigorous treatment this past year!

Please support Natalie Molly and our other team of friends to get this challenge achieved, it will mean such a lot.

CoppaFeel! is the first UK breast cancer charity to create awareness amongst young people, with the aim of instilling habits that could one day save a life. They are striving to ensure breast cancer is diagnosed early and correctly by encouraging the nation to check their chests regularly.
