It's lung cancer awareness month and I am taking part in Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's iconic Swimming the Distance challenge, hoping to raise money and awareness for the devastating disease that is lung cancer.

A bit about my challenge... It was free to sign up and all I had to do was select a distance suitable for me. I am able to take part in my free time, and wherever I wish, as long as I have completed by November 30th.

Not only am I doing this to help those affected by lung cancer, I also have the chance to earn some fantastic gifts! Please support me to hit their fundraising milestones.
