£12 could pay for a patient's meals for the day

£25 could pay for an hour of specialist nursing care

£35 could pay for the Pilgrims Hospices Community Team to hold a consultation with a patient in their own home

£45 could pay for a one-to-one bereavement counselling session for someone struggling to cope with the loss of a loved one

Pilgrims Hospice have helped countless families, including my own. My Aunt received end of life care that provided her with dignity and comfort. They helped not only her, but also her loved ones.
