Over the past 2 decades I've been grateful for the encouragement of friends and family to help me get/keep running!!😅 So with a big birthday fast approaching I made a goal to run the Lisburn 10K, in June, on the week I turn 50!

Then a thought..."Why wait until June?" followed by a quick Google search which led me to 3 forest races with organisers 'Born2Run'. A St Patrick's Day 10K sponsored by Spar provided the 5th.

Choosing a cause to support was easy. 'Caring For Life' is a Christian charity based in Leeds which provide support and care for vulnerable people. Years ago Paul and I had the joy of attending a Supporter's Day at Crag House Farm, where we met beneficiaries and saw the invaluable difference CFL is making in their lives.❤

LCCC - Lisburn 10K - 19.06.24
