Dundee Kiltwalk 2025 · 17 August 2025 · Start fundraising for this event
Beth and I are taking part in the 20 mile kilt walk this year to raise funds for the Perth Eagles Wheelchair Sports club, run by Graeme Doig of Perth and Kinross Disability Sports. As many of you know, my son Max attends the club and has done weekly for almost 6 years. The club is regularly attended by 20-30 children, young people and adults and is a no-cost club so it is entirely free for all who wish to attend.
The club has been a lifeline for Max, who loves attending weekly. The nature of his life-limiting, neuromuscular condition, means that accessing other clubs and hobbies is not easy. We would like to do as much as we can to help support Perth & Kinross Disability Sport this year. Beth and I will be taking on the 20 mile Mighty Stride and Max will do his bit and join in again with the 4 mile Wee wander.
As always, your support is greatly appreciated.
Elaine, Beth and Max xXxXx

We are raising funds for Perth & Kinross Disability Sport to support children and adults with disabilities to get active and find new passion for sport. Funds raised will go towards:
* continuing our no cost participation approach
* to pay for venue hire across a range of sporting opportunities
* to purchase more adaptive sports equipment to enable even more people with disabilities to get active across various sports
* to create and develop new club sessions across Perth & Kinross to increase opportunities and participation.
* to purchase clubwear at the many disability sports clubs we support to make everyone feel part of the team
