Story
This year, I am turning 50 and I’ve decided to face one of my biggest fears by jumping out of a plane to raise funds for a brilliant local charity based in Poole. Throughout my life, I’ve always been scared to even jump into a pool or off a boat into the sea. The idea of skydiving terrifies me, but I am determined to push myself out of my comfort zone in support of a great cause.
The charity I’m supporting provides extraordinary care to patients and their families facing life-limiting illnesses across Poole, Purbeck, and East Dorset. They offer a range of free hospice care services aimed to help people live well through their illness, closer to home. By taking this leap (literally!), I hope to raise awareness and much-needed funds to support their important work.
Your support will not only help me conquer my fears but will also make a real difference to those in need in our community!
