In April 2025, I will be taking on the London Marathon in memory of my wonderful Dad, who we sadly lost last year. His final years were deeply affected by dementia, a cruel disease that takes so much from both those who suffer and the families who love them.

I’m running to raise funds for Dementia UK, a charity that provides specialist support for families affected by dementia and helps ensure those living with the condition receive the best possible care.
