Story

Addenbrooke's Charitable Trust (ACT) supports innovation in patient care and helps to make Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals, even better.

Over the summer of 2024 one of my children was diagnosed with diabetes at Addenbrookes. The care they provide her, and the support to all of us has been amazing. Every time we see the hospital now my child calls out "Thank You Addenbrookes".

I am running the Cambridge Half Marathon in March 2025 to support this amazing charity as my little way to also say thank you to the hospital and all the brilliant people who work there.

We want to ensure that every patient at Addenbrooke's and the Rosie hospitals experiences the highest quality of care available. We raise funds for cutting edge technology, additional specialist staff and extra comforts for patients, over and above what is possible with NHS funding alone.
