Story
On the 1st of January I challenged myself to do daily ice baths/sea dips.
You may be thinking... why on earth would you do such thing...
There's a number of benefits but most importantly, it boosts your mental health, wellbeing and fitness!
In order to take the challenge to the next level, and in honour of the charity, I have decided to do this for 365 days, 2 and a half minutes/3 minutes a day!
I will be raising money to Mind.
I would be delighted if you could support by donating whatever you can afford. Mind are a large Mental Health Charity who offer information and advice to people with mental health problems and lobbies government and local authorities on their behalf.
Even though 1 in 4 people have mental health problems, most of us don't get the help we need. This needs to change!
