The EDP is a development programme running across the CRH businesses in the UK and Ireland cluster.

Participating colleagues work in project teams to tackle an issue that is important to our business. Along the way they are supported to develop their knowledge and skills, build their confidence and learn more about themselves. It’s designed to encourage people to step outside of their comfort zone and try something new.

As part of the programme we challenge our teams to participate in a teambuilding fundraising challenge. This year we are proud to be supporting the Weir Archer Academy who provide coaching, knowledge and support to the next generation of disabled athletes.
