Fundraising for The Simon Community
Eddie Linden, the poet and editor of Aquarius magazine, died on 19 November 2023 aged 88. He helped to establish The Simon Community, a charity for homeless people, with Anton Wallich-Clifford. It was founded in 1963. From their website: "The Simon Community has been working since 1963 to alleviate the isolation of people sleeping rough, provide a place where they can gain a sense of belonging and foster the skills they need to move towards a housing option that is suitable for them."
