Story

I am running the 2025 London Marathon and I have chosen to raise money for the National Brain Appeal who provide funds to support the National Hospital for Neurology & Neurosurgery.

The hospital in London has helped my father immeasurably since his Parkinson's Diagnosis in 2003, aged 37. Major brain surgery in 2017 has improved his quality of life and ability to work beyond a level that was initially predicted. I’d like to raise funds to help continue the fantastic work the charity does so other families can also benefit from the treatment available.

The hospital in Queen Square, London is one of the world’s leading centres in this field, not only treating Parkinson's, but through the diagnosis, treatment and care of patients with other brain conditions & injuries too.

I would appreciate any contribution you can give.
