On the 9th October 2024 my 4 year old niece, Wren, was diagnosed with acute lymphoblastic leukaemia. This was heart breaking for our entire family as we never thought something like this would happen to us.

Wren has the most vibrant personality and is always wanting to play 24/7, and is doing well despite a lot nasty treatment.

On the 23rd of March 2025 I will be running the Ashby 20 which is a 20 mile road race in Ashby de la Zouch, Leicestershire. As someone who probably hasn't ran 20 miles in their whole life this will be the most physically demanding activity I've ever done, especially as I have less than 4 months to train for it. All donations will go to the Teenage Cancer Trust who oversee the paediatric oncology ward that Wren receives treatment from at the Leicester Royal Infirmary.

Any donations however big or small will be vastly appreciated for the amazing work that Teenage Cancer Trust do for Wren and many other children nationally.
