Kids Inspire is a children's mental health charity based here in Essex providing specialist trauma support for children and their families. Their specialist counsellors build trust with children who have experienced trauma and the people around them, helping them to form stronger relationships with each other so they can feel empowered to move forwards. They help young people and their families who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-harm, and other worries.

This year there will be 8 riders representing #TeamEcliptic riding the 140 miles from Essex to Amsterdam and collectively we are looking to raise £10,000. It would be great if you could support our riders.
