Story
Me and some friends have decided to throw the arrows constantly for 24hours, 1440 minutes, 86400 seconds to raise some money for the new community pavilion at Erlestoke Cricket Club.
We shall start at 7.30pm on the 28th of February at the Bell Inn in Great Cheverell and continue all the way through the next day and finish at 7.30pm on Saturday the 1st of March.
Please feel free to come down and support and even throw some darts yourself if you are keen, perhaps we can unearth the next Luke Littler.
Any donation you can make will be grateful received.
Mike Barton.
Some more about the pavilion project...
Erlestoke & Coulston Cricket Club has grown from strength to strength over recent years.
A new and vibrant spirit is energising the club and we have continued to grow and developed as a result. We now run teams on Wednesday evenings, Sunday afternoons and a Saturday League side. New players of all ages and talents from local villages have joined the club and our playing numbers are now stronger than they have ever been. Our junior section continues to flourish and our supportive village Friends of the Club numbers have now grown to over 50 strong.
We are now looking to improve our facilities and amenities to provide the perfect place for our club and members to enjoy cricket throughout the summer.
