Children of Eastern Primary School are cycling to support Claverhouse Rotary Trust who aim to continue to support the young children of Dundee where, it is estimated, over 30% live in poverty. Here are just some of the ways in which past donations have been used:

Providing fruit for break time snacks.

Breakfast clubs to provide a nutritious start to the day for pupils who arrive at school hungry.

Making winter jackets and boots available to youngsters whose parents can't afford them.

School foodbank contributions.
