Our lovely friend, Dianne, passed away last November after a long illness. She was a pillar of dignity, optimism and inspiration. She dealt with the cruelties of ill-health with admirable magnanimity, never complaining, and always caring for others first.

To honour her memory and incredible spirit, I and my husband, Pavel, would like to take up a challenge that bears no resemblance to what Dianne, and so many others around us, went through, but is a tiny token of respect, gratitude and awe for the life she lived. We set out to run 100km in one month (February 2025).

Sue Ryder supported Dianne at the end and it would be wonderful to be able to give a small gift back in Dianne's memory.
