In the first week of October, I'll be taking part in the Northampton Hope Centre's 50th Anniversary cycling challenge.

Over four days hopefully around 50 of us, including 15 of the "DWIFA Dynamos" will be cycling approximately 320 miles (unless we get lost) from Northampton to London then to Paris via Portsmouth and Le Havre.

The money raised from the challenge will go towards supporting people facing homelessness and hardship in Northamptonshire. Hope Centre services include the provision of essential mental health and addiction support.
