The greatest marathon in the world. For the last 85 years, Diabetes UK has been at the forefront of diabetes research. We've discovered how to put type 2 diabetes into remission and were working day in, day out to find a cure.

Story

This year, as part of Arbuthnot Latham's support of Diabetes UK I will be running the London Marathon 21st April 2024

One of 15 people in the UK are living with Diabetes, even more of us will know family members, friends or colleagues living with this relentless disease.

Diabetes UK helps far beyond just treatment and diagnosis. With education, people with Diabetes can live free from discrimination and confidence to live a healthy happy life.

Another aspect that's really important to me, is the link between Type 2 Diabetes and depression. With the right help and support we can help support people battle both diseases.

Thanks for all your help and to anyone that wants a jog come the new year, you are more than welcome!
