During BGC's Return to Learn Campaign, I'm raising funds on behalf of the the Merrillville and Lake Station Clubs as a Clubhouse Hero! Help me raise the most of the organization's 10 Clubs, and I will treat the entire Club to a pizza party!

And by donating during the Return to Learn campaign from September 12-25, your contribution will be DOUBLED! Thanks to the support of University of Chicago Medicine, donations will be matched dollar for dollar up to $100,000.

A bit about me…

I am blessed to be born and raised in Valparaiso, to a loving and hard-working family. Crewing up in this community I was very active and involved in sports, clubs, and community programs. After graduating VHS in 2005 I continued my academic career at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL and graduated in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in communication with a concentration in Public Relations and Speech. I then continued my path by completing a paralegal studies certification at Loyola University in Chicago, IL.

I started my professional career by starting and operating Suore Events, where I specialized in personal and professional event consulting. I have coordinated hundreds of events for incredible clients and organizations. I currently still coordinate large events for returning clients and causes that I have a passion for.

My career path took a different direction in 2011 as I am the current owner and operator of Modern Edge. We are Erosion Control and Landscaping Specialists that are signatory with the Laborers Union. I am a WBE/DBE certified business with the State of Indiana and Illinois. Throughout this time, I got married to my amazing husband and we have a beautiful three-year-old daughter who keeps us on our toes. My passions in life are my family, my career, and my commitments to my community and myself!
