We’re not kidding when we say that this Doctor is the one to beat! Wearing both shoes, dancer and doctor, Athena is ready to tap her way into the judges' hearts.

Dr. Young is a graduate of NOSM, completing both the MD and Paediatric Residency programs. She is now a consultant Paediatrician and has a special interest in Adolescent medicine, specifically, working closely with the youth eating disorder program and gender care.

In her spare time, Athena loves spending time on, in and around Lake Superior. She also enjoys spending time with her dog, Patches. When asked to dance, she couldn’t say no to such a wonderful fundraiser. She is always wanting to contribute to the breadth and quality of care provided at TBRHSC. She hopes to steal hearts tonight with her dedicated partner, Dr. Jagger.
