Late 2022 some good friends of mine, Roy and Kirsty , got the shocking diagnosis that Roy had Young Onset Dementia. Both are runners, it was Kirsty who pulled me into this never infernal running world ,and rather than sit back, they decided to use their running to do some good and fund raise for Race Against Dementia.

They have inspired me to help them out and this year I will be using my running to help them fundraise.

I do not have a "natural" running build but I will be doing 3 half marathons, 5 10k's and a smattering of other distances between now and November starting with the Inverness Half Marathon on March 10th.
