On Sunday 3rd DECEMBER(!) Kieran McPeake, Brendan O’Hara & Brian Gaffney are daring to dip to support Action Mental Health.

Some of our family & friends have received direct help & support from AMH New Horizons, and we’d love to help raise a few pounds for this charity who are helping people suffering with mental health problems in Northern Ireland. And swimming in the sea in winter should be a bit of craic 🥶 !
