Story

Os oes gennych unrhyw geiniogau sbâr, plis ystyriwch fy noddi i gymeryd rhan mewn ultramarathon 50km, o Bwllheli trwy gors a mwd, i Abersoch.

Rwy'n codi arian ar gyfer ystafell brofedigaeth amenedigol yn Ysbyty Gwynedd er cof am fabi bach arbennig, Nansi Jên.

Mae ystafelloedd fel hyn yn amhrisiadwy i rieni sy'n galaru. Mae angen iddynt fod i ffwrdd o brysurdeb y ward mamolaeth; lle i dreulio amser gyda'i gilydd.

Yn 2020, cafodd tua 4,500 o fabanod yn y DU eu geni'n farw-anedig neu farw o fewn pedair wythnos i'w bywydau. Nid yw llawer o deuluoedd yn gwybod bod hyn yn mynd i ddigwydd, ac nid oes gan rai unrhyw le i fynd i dreulio amser gyda'u babanod.

Mae'r ystafell brofedigaeth bresennol ar gyfer teuluoedd wedi'i lleoli ar yr Uned Asesu Cleifion Allanol Mamolaeth lle gallant glywed teuluoedd beichiog eraill yn cael sganiau a babanod newydd-anedig yn crio.

Bydd yr ystafell newydd wedi'i lleoli mewn ardal dawelach ac yn costio £15,000 i'w chwblhau. Bydd gan yr ystafell man ymolchi a gwely, rhywbeth nad ydi'r ystafell bresennol yn ei gynnig. Bydd yr ailddatblygiad yn helpu teuluoedd i dreulio amser gyda'u babanod mewn amgylchedd mwy cartrefol, i ffwrdd o'r Uned Famolaeth.

Helpwch fi i helpu teuluoedd i dreulio amser gwerthfawr gyda'u babi trwy fy noddi heddiw, os gwelwch yn dda

Diolch o galon i chi 💕

If you have any pennies, please consider sponsoring me to partake in the ladies’ only 50km ultramarathon, from Pwllheli through swamps, to Abersoch.

I am raising funds for a perinatal bereavement suite in Ysbyty Gwynedd in memory of a special little baby, Nansi Jên.

Rooms like this are invaluable for grieving parents. They need to be away from the hustle and bustle of the maternity ward; a peaceful place to spend time together.

In 2020, around 4,500 babies in the UK were stillborn or died within four weeks of their lives. Many families dont know this is going to happen, and some dont have anywhere to go and spend time with their babies.

I want to help change this at Ysbyty Gwynedd. The current bereavement suite for families is located on the Maternity Outpatient Assessment Unit where they can hear other expectant families having scans and newborn babies crying.

The new suite will be located in a quieter area and costs £15,000 to complete. The room will have a wet room and kitchenette, something the current room doesnt have to offer. The redevelopment will help families spend time with their babies in a more homely environment, away from the Maternity Unit.

Please help me help families spend precious time with their baby by donating today.

Thank you so much.
