We provide free, confidential and impartial advice and campaign on big issues affecting people’s lives. Our goal is to help everyone find a way forward, whatever problem they face.

People often don't realise the difference we make and how we can change lives. In 2023-24 we supported 8,667 people with 36,386 individual issues. We helped them to manage £4.4m in debt with £625k of this written off and helped them to claim nearly £6.3m in benefits they were entitled to.

The cost of living crisis has placed unprecedented pressure on our community - rising food, fuel and mortgage/rental costs are squeezing household budgets. Many of our clients are struggling to make ends meet.

As a charity fundraising is essential for our sustainability and to ensure we are here for people when they need us.

I am incredibly proud to work for Citizens Advice Nottingham & District because I see everyday how valuable the support we provide is. We have an amazing team or staff and volunteers and I'm excited to be running in the RHHM again this year!
