Story
Thanks for visiting this page. 😊
I’m honoured to work for an organisation that fills me with pride every day. I’m inspired not only by the amazing people we support but also by the incredible colleagues I’m fortunate to work with. Our people are truly at the heart of everything we do.
Brandon Trust is more than just a charity—it’s a lifeline for children, young people, and adults with learning disabilities and autism, helping them live life on their own terms. Every day, I’m in awe of the dedication and passion that drives our mission.
This year, we celebrate a significant milestone—Brandon Trust’s 30th birthday. For three decades, Brandon has been unwavering in its commitment to supporting people with learning disabilities to live free, integrated lives within their communities. From our humble beginnings as institutions closed across Bristol, Brandon envisioned a better future, one where people with learning disabilities are free from restrictions and can live in their own homes, fully participating in society.
As we reflect on 30 years of transformative work, we also look forward. To continue our mission, we’re launching the 30 for 30 fundraising campaign. I’m personally taking part in this effort, not just as a colleague, but as someone who deeply believes in our cause.
Together with my incredible colleagues, I’m walking 30 Tors in 30 days on the challenging, unpredictable terrain of Dartmoor—yes, even with a broken foot! We’re facing miles of rugged landscapes and all the elements, but it’s all worth it to raise funds for this fantastic charity.
Mylo, my 13 year old partner in crime is also joining the team efforts, powered by little paws and the odd backpack carry! 🐶
Every penny counts. Whether you can contribute a little or a lot, your support will make a real difference. Please sponsor us and help ensure that Brandon Trust can continue to deliver life-changing support for the next 30 years and beyond.
Thank you for being part of this journey with us. 🙏😊
