I've joined Barts Hike for Health to be part of the historic 900th anniversary celebrations of St Bartholomew's Hospital.

By taking on Barts Hike for Health I'm supporting life-changing healthcare for East London.

I'm helping Barts Charity raise money for two important health projects for patients in East London.

One is a new breast cancer centre at St. Bartholomew's Hospital that will not only improve breast cancer outcomes, but will also help make a significant contribution to global research, saving lives for generations.

The second is the creation of a new Clinical Research Facility at the Royal London Hospital that will allow more clinical trials to take place in East London. That could mean earlier access to life-changing treatments for local people and the diverse community being better represented in this vital research.
