2024 was a great year for my business, but it was another challenging year for me personally and another demanding one. The past few months have been so hectic, I've not been able to focus on my health so I've decided to start 2025 with a challenge of my own, called 'Dive into 2025'!

Whilst this is first and foremost a personal challenge, I'd also like to take the opportunity to raise what I can for St Giles Hospice. My Dad received a lot of support from a local hospice in Torbay in 2023 and the work they do is invaluable! Now that my family live in Lichfield I'd like to support my local hospice, who are in desperate need of funding.

I'll also be giving up alcohol until the 31st January (when I'll be celebrating at an Awards dinner) and aiming to eat 30 'plants' a week too! So whether you want to support me by sponsoring me, joining me for a 1.25km swim, encouraging me to have a soft drink or eating healthily, your support will be appreciated!
