So Evie and Alfie lost their grandad in January 2021 this was very sudden and something they struggled to deal with.. Jigsaw were amazing with all there help, information and tools to help us help our children understand that there ‘Big Daddy’ was now an angel and not returning, we even had workshops where the children were able to speak to others in the same position!

Evie and Alfie have chosen to take on the 3k commando course to raise money for this amazing charity that have helped us loads and they are taking daddy and uncle Stefan along aswell to help them through.. please give what you can to this amazing charity. Thank you!!

A parent of children under 18 dies every 22 minutes in the UK; around 23,600 deaths a year. This equates to around 111 children being bereaved of a parent every day. At Jigsaw (South East) we support bereaved children and young people and those with a family member with a terminal condition through our grief support and preparing for loss services, working across Surrey and nearby areas of East and West Sussex and Kent. Our vision is that children and young people will not be alone on their bereavement journey.
