My Lent appeal this year aims to support the outstanding work undertaken by Refuweegee, a Glasgow-based charity that offers a warm welcome and vital support to refugees and asylum seekers arriving in Scotland. Their work is grounded in kindness, dignity, and a deep commitment to ensuring that everyone arriving in Scotland feels not just safe but truly at home.

Their mission is to ensure that every person seeking refuge in Scotland is met with compassion and solidarity—values that resonate deeply with our faith.
