I'm running the London Marathon for Farm Africa!

London Marathon 2025 · 27 April 2025 ·
Thank you for visiting my fundraising page!
On Sunday, 27 April 2025, I am taking on the London Marathon, running 26.2 miles to raise much-needed funds for Farm Africa.
Today, over half of the world’s extremely poor live in sub-Saharan Africa, and the vast majority work in agriculture.
Farm Africa reduces poverty in eastern Africa by helping farmers grow more, sell more, and sell for more. Working in Ethiopia, Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of Congo, Farm Africa is growing agriculture, protecting the environment, and developing businesses in rural areas.
Having witnessed these challenges firsthand working on Jacked whilst in Uganda & Tanzania, I am keen to do my part in helping sustain profitable businesses, despite the changing climate, to create brighter futures for entire communities in East Africa.
Here's how your donation could help:
£5 could help buy 10kg of forage seeds so farmers can grow food for their livestock.
£11 could provide training to one woman in high-quality coffee production in Uganda.
£32 could help a farmer hire someone to help bring in his harvest.
£76 could help to provide two farmers with the means to start a beekeeping business.
