To help me raise vital funds for Action for Children

*** PLEASE SPONSOR ME*** helping a vulnerable child's dreams of a safe and happy childhood come true.

On Friday 6 October I'm "Boycotting My Bed" and sleeping out in Blythwood Square, Glasgow to support the charity Action for Children who support vulnerable children across the UK.

- Over 4 million children across the UK live in poverty.

- The cost of living crisis means children are even more vulnerable, many go to sleep hungry.

- Some children don't have a warm bed or a safe space to wake up in.

Action for Children make sure children have the basics - warm clothes, hot meals and a proper bed.

The charity helps children recover from abuse and neglect, they also put support in place for families and offer mental health support enabling children to thrive.

Any amount would be greatly appreciated - the breakdown below gives an indication of how these vital funds can be used:-

£45 could pay for gas and electricity for a family for a week

£50 could buy clothes and shoes for a child

£125 could provide a child with a bed

£200 could provide a family with a cooker
