I am taking part in The Big Row 2024 in aid of Love Rowing.

Contributing towards the epic challenge of rowing from Paris to LA, 15.241km in total.

As the paraolympics come to a close, with my crew mates at Maidenhead rowing club, I will be rowing 40km either on the river in my single or in a quad or on the Rowing machine over the 4 days, aiming for 10km a day - 5th to 8th September.

I am raising funds for Love Rowing, to enable more people to access the transformative power that rowing can have.Rowing as well as being a full workout is good for your physical health it is also perfect exercise for your mental health, it can change lives and everyone should have access to it.
