I'm raising money for the Army Benevolent Fund who provide vital support to soldiers, veterans and their families in times of need. It is their 80th anniversary this year and my own. To mark the occasion, I will be walking 80 miles using sections of the London Loop, Capital Ring, NST North South Trail and Grand Union Canal. It's a great and worthy charity to support and a fitting opportunity to do it.
