Join us as we Cycle for 24 hours alongside our Colleagues in Glasgow to achieve a combined 498 miles. Our teams will be cycling for 24 hours straight raising money for Student Minds Charity at The Arts University Bournemouth.

Update... Huge thanks to all those who participated and helped us to smash our target of 498 miles between the sites we managed to cover a total of 510.9 miles in 24 hours finishing on University Mental Health day.

This is also a training session for our colleague Kev who will be cycling 296KM on the Dragon Devil in Wales for charity in June which will require him to cycle for 15 hours ascending 4614M.

Student Minds is the UK’s student mental health charity. Our goal is to transform the state of student mental health so that all in higher education can thrive. We support students to develop the knowledge, confidence and skills to look after their own mental health, support their peers and create change. We also work collaboratively with institutions, students’ unions and other organisations involved in higher education, supporting them to take a whole-university approach to mental health.
