Cairns Counselling is a charity based in Aberdeen. It has been supporting adults with their mental health and emotional wellbeing for over 30 years. As a Counsellor with Cairns for nearly 20 years I have seen first hand the positive impact which the service has had on people's lives and how vital fundraising is to maintain the service.

The support Cairns Counselling offers can change people's lives for the better and equip them with the ability to manage their mental health both now and in the future.

As a registered charity, Cairns Counselling relies on donations and fundraising to allow us to continue delivering our service and supporting people in Aberdeen and across Aberdeenshire.
