In 2021 I ran my first Half Marathon in Torquay raising money for MND in memory of my Nana who sadly died of Motor Neurone Disease.

Little did I know then that 2 years on I would be running again, and this time raising money for MND again as my lovely Dad was diagnosed with MND in May.
