Saffie and I are taking part in the Mental Elf 5km fun run at Peel Park, Salford, on 3rd December. We are supporting Mind in Salford, who are organising the event. They are a fantastic local Mental health charity who support their local community.

As many of you will know Kat has had personal experience of poor mental health and I know the devastating impact it had on our lives. So, Saffie and I are taking part in the Mental Elf Run to raise vital funds which will help Mind in Salford to support others living with poor mental health. This is very close to all our hearts and we hope you can support us to make a difference.
