Story

The sleepy mornings are now the time for the plan to get out and run. I am running for people like me who are carers by running (outside my comfort zone) a half marathon (way outside my comfort zone) in London. 3 weeks to go, please support me as I run on 13 October in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in London
