Story
Hello, I'm Dee, and I'm part of the team at Legg & Co, a small, friendly Estate & Lettings Agency in West Kent. We're passionate about giving back to our community through various events and sponsorships, and this year, we're focused on supporting a local charity. After discussing a few options, my son Luca, aged 13, began volunteering with Age UK. Seeing the impact they have on our elderly community made it an easy decision for us to support them. With my husband Simon as our trainer, I've rallied friends, colleagues, and even our kids to join me in a 55-mile charity ride. It's a big challenge for me, as I've never cycled more than 23 miles before, but I'm excited to push myself for such a worthy cause.

Age UK Tunbridge Wells firmly believes that ageing is a natural part of life, and the later years of our lives should continue to be fulfilling, productive and enjoyable.
- 17% increase in people aged 65 years and over in the last 10 years (Kent).
- 19% of the population in Tunbridge Wells are aged 65+.

As an independent charity that is governed and managed by people from the local community, the charity replies on our support to keep serving our community.
