Story
Not many people have heard of an anoa, banteng or babirusa, but they are some of Indonesias most threatened large mammals! These incredible, unique animals are threatened with extinction as a result of habitat loss and the illegal hunting for consumption and trade.
The Action Indonesia Global Species Management Plans (GSMPs) is an international collaboration of over 50 institutions from three continents, all working together to conserve these three ungulate species, in zoos and in the wild.
